We are drafting a full privacy policy for v1 launch. In the meantime, the shape of what we do:

• We store the minimum we need to run your workspace: account email, organisation name, site domain, and the conversations your visitors send.
• We do not sell your data or your visitors' data to third parties.
• Model traffic goes to Google (Gemini 2.5 Flash) over TLS; see our pricing for the enterprise-grade Vertex AI regional option.
• You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing founders@chatified.com.
