Chatified offers a signed DPA to Business-tier customers (and to Team customers on request). It covers GDPR/UK-GDPR processor obligations, sub-processor list, regional residency options (Vertex AI regional endpoints), and breach notification timing.

To request the DPA for signature, email founders@chatified.com from your workspace email address. We respond within two business days with the current DPA text and our sub-processor list.
